Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER USA Relocation is handled by company looking for someone who will be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, be highly organized, a critical thinker, and able to multi-task. Manages 4 Supervisors and indirectly manages staff of 90 Hourly manufacturing employees Provides overall leadership for manufacturing departments in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, cost, equipment and engagement. Monitors and evaluates the production process and recommends methods to optimize product yields, equipment operation and process control while reducing waste. Engages all employees in continuous improvement and fosters a positive work environment while developing a culture of ownership and accountability. Bachelor Degree Masters Degree (Strongly Preferred) 15-18years of manufacturing experience Previous experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean environment preferred Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
