Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR MALAYSIA In this position, you will be responsible for risk management, business planning, accounting, control, tax, audit, treasury, and budgeting efforts of the group. Provide leadership and coordination in the risk management, business planning, accounting, control, tax, audit, treasury, and budgeting efforts of the group Ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP and other regulatory governance requirements Assess organisational performance vs annual plans as well as longer term strategy and develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and to make appropriate action-oriented recommendations Be the guardian of best practices in relation to compliance and technical financial issues Supervise preparation of timely and accurate consolidation financial statements based on bursa listing requirements Manage relationships with board of directors and stakeholders At least a bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance/accounting/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent At least 15 - 20 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position Proactive, resourceful and able to perform multitasking tasks Required skills: planning skills, leadership skills, analytical skills
