Operations Manager

Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER SINGAPORE A mega MNC company with track record leading in the field of engine-powered electric generator is hiring. · Plan, organize, direct and control the manufacturing operations to maintain schedule adherence, quality and productivity goals. · Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget and performance improvement goals for Singapore plant. · Develop and maintain an effective manufacturing organization by staffing Singapore plant with an adequate number of qualified personnel. Responsible for the development of personnel to achieve their maximum potential and effectiveness. · Determine plant policies consistent with corporate policies and direct and supervise the application of such policies to the plant's manufacturing operations. · BS or MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required. · At least ten years' experience of plant operations experience. · Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants · Able to lead root cause analysis investigations. · Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
