Job Description : Plant Manager, Kinshasa (Beverage) 1. To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Maintenance, spare part management, handling team of engineering & technical 2. We are looking Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations 3. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume. 4. Handle the technical and maintenance activities related to the packaging machinery. 5. Coordinating with all the supporting departments in achieving target efficiency of 90% and reducing cost of operations. 6. Planning and executing machine installation projects and ensuring that projects are completed in the stipulated time frame. 7. Making CAPEX proposals for capacity enhancement 8. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability. 9. Responsible for implementing systems & processes. 10. Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant 11. To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team. 12. To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods. 13. To handle new Projects in the plant. 14. Knowledge and experience with PLC based Krones automation systems, electrical/electronic control and instrumentation panels, HMI display panels, Inverters, DC Drives, Three phase, star/delta motors, pumps, hydraulics and pneumatics systems 15. To manage the Commissioning, Installation, fault finding and maintain the smooth & continuous running of the fast-paced production process by eliminating down-time through a safe and logical approach to fault finding and maintenance of equipment throughout the manufacturing plant 16. Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization. 17. Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets. Plant Manager in terms of Manufacturing Required Candidate profile: - Beverage Experience is must 11 to 15Years minimum experience Mechanical & Electrical background will prefer with Beverage Experience with Krones/Kosme line & also having experience with PLC Automation Qualification: B-tech Electrical
