Job Description : Dy. Manager- Mineral processing Qualification: B .E in Mineral processing Experience : 10+ years Job Location: Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa Competencies required: • Experience in operation of beneficiation plant (Heavy minerals experience will be added advantage) • Experience in operating and maintenance of tailing dam • Experience in Stock pile management and grade control • Monitoring the met report and maximize the recovery. • Project experience in the beneficiation plant – brown field/ green field project • Optimize the operational parameters by designing the plant equipment & mass balancing • Achieving the KPI as per the target • Addressing safety and occupational health issues and safety features in all equipment and plant • Grade control by blending of mineral to maintain the cutoff grade to the plant. • Manpower management to ensure maximum output from workers. • Plant production cost monitoring and control
