10 yearsJob Description : ACCOUNTS MANAGER PAPUA NEW GUINEA 10+ years experience · Checking and verifying the daily sales / purchase transactions / invoices/ receipts on daily basis · Controlling and monitoring - accounts receivable and payable. · Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions · Payment follow up with creditors and debtors · Thorough audits of the files, stocks and transactions of the different operational locations · Liaison with banks regarding working capital requirements, renewal of term loan limits. · Generating daily flash report of sales to corporate office. · Preparation of Financial statements and all MIS reports for management control purposes · Coordinating with Internal auditors, statutory auditors for accounts finalization. · Preparation of Income budget on monthly and quarterly basis. · Review meeting of Department Expenses, Credit Committee Meeting, Purchase Committee Meeting. · Preparation of monthly GST returns, income tax returns etc and ensuring timely submission. · All assessments and audits. · Managing the accounts on daily basis and finalizing them for audit · Daily reporting to the Company Management Desired Candidate Profile The potential candidates should have excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills. The person should be willing to relocate and work in Papua New Guinea. The candidate should be self motivated and able to work under pressure and should be able to meet tight deadlines. The candidate should be proficient in any accounting software TALLY, MYOB, QUICK BOOKS ETC
