Job Description : Financial Controller UAE Reports To: CFO CA, CPA or equivalent degree. Salary: AED 25000 monthly Major Responsibilities (Key Areas of responsibilities and functions, major activities and expected results and indicators ) Develop financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting High-level financial reporting and analysis. Regular budget consolidation. Cash flow management. Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business. Debt management and collection in coordination with Accounting Manager. Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice through Business Plans. Payroll processing. Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Filing Tax for all regions Auditing the books for the financial year and keep updated Develop Strategy to reduce Receivables and ensure Depts do not lead to aging. Ability to handle team of 20 Accountants. ERP implementation exp mandatory. FOCUS ERP is advantage. Key Qualities Superior mathematical skills Understanding of data privacy standards Solid communication skills both written and verbal Deep understanding of business principles and practices Superior attention to details Organizational, planning, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities skills Integrity and honesty 18-20 years of hardcore experience. Experience to Distribution is must.
