Finance Head

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE VIETNAM This Head of Finance will be responsible for organising, integrating, and directing all financial and compliance activities which support the company's overall business strategy for their area of responsibility, and ensure alignment to the corporate finance strategy. Leading accounting team to manage all activities related to tax compliance, tax planning, accounting for income taxes and preparation of tax returns in the area of responsibility. Ensure that company policies, procedures and practices comply with those set by the regulatory bodies and external auditors Ensure the company can meet its financial commitments and manage cash flow Sharing strategic leadership responsibilities with other senior managers and ensuring the GBS function supports the business at a strategic and operational level Driving and managing change and innovation for the internal financial flow Engaging and communicating effectively with regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders Education background in Finance, Accounting and related majors ACCA, CPA, chartered accountant or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage Ideally 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting or related field with minimum five years in a management role from an international manufacturing environment A Certificate of Chief Accountant would be mandatory
