Job Description : VP / SVP Corporate Finance for an Indian logistics leader, based out of Mumbai. Over 15 years experience in corporate fund raising and banking relationship in a Mid-sized Company/Group, of which last 5 years should be in a senior capacity reporting to CFO/CEO. The experience should include: 1. Fund raising in India and international markets both term and working capital 2. Track record of banking relationship 3. Credit rating, international credit rating will be added advantage. 4. Should knowledge of raising funds through ECB, bonds and various other instruments as well 5. Financial modeling, cash flow planning 6. Treasury operations including funds deployment and forex exposure management 7. Project evaluation 8. M&A 9. Investor Relations will be added advantage The candidate ideally should be an MBA from a premium institution or a CA/CFA.
