Job Description : GM PRODUCTION TANZANIA Graduate/ MBA /Food Technologist will be added advantage Knowledge of grain, spices, dal, ata, etc. product's production, their quality and can run all these plant efficiently Knowledge of all the variety of product's production method alternative methods to get the best output from available quality. Planning and coordination Efficient production to reduce power, labour cost and wastage of material Required Candidate profile Desired Candidate Maintain hygienic environment and paper work as per the requirement of BRC, USDA, HALAL, ISO 9000 etc. Should be practical and logical to get it done (complainless) to handle situation with available resources Experience 15 to 20 Years experienced with Grain, Spices, Pulses, Floor and Organic Production
