Job Description : Director of Strategic Performance Management ( Preference will be given to UAE national candidates ) , Abu Dhabi . General objective of the job:- · The Director of Strategic Performance Management is responsible for planning, preparing and improving the Company Quality Management System Company and assisting in the accreditation of the Company in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001. · Preparing a comprehensive plan to consolidate institutional excellence in the Company , taking into account all aspects of international excellence models and the Abu Dhabi Government Excellence Program (ADEGP). · Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management within the Company , including provision of all relevant guidelines and tools. Specialized tasks:- · Develop long-term and short-term plans for quality and excellence in the Company . · Overseeing the development of planning, preparation, implementation, monitoring, control and reporting. · Maintaining the development of the framework for quality management systems and institutional excellence in the Company · Directing and facilitating all initiatives needed to develop quality in the Company · Preparing the annual budget for the maintenance and improvement of the Excellence and Quality Management System in the Company Job Requirements:- · Bachelor's degree in a related field; For example, risk management, actuarial sciences (insurance accounts), accounting, finance, business administration. · Certificate as Chief Evaluator of ISO 9001 · Certificate of Excellence in Business. · Certificate in Six Sigma (Hexagon Diffraction) Experience · A minimum of 9-11 years of experience in a leadership position in Quality Management/Organizational Excellence/Risk Management Knowledge, Abilities and Skills · Quality Management · Institutional Excellence · ISO 9001 · Risk Management Knowledge · Deep understanding of strategy and performance frameworks, including performance identification, management, evaluation, and reporting. · Deep understanding of the energy sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Capacity Skills · Teamwork and leadership skills · Decision making and time management skills · Critical thinking and problem solving skills · Effective oral and written communication and communication skills
