Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA Reports to the Group CEO and is accountable to the Board of Directors of the Group holding company. Exercises oversight throughout the group in all financial matters. All group finance managers and finance controllers report directly to the Group CFO Works with the Group CEO and all members of the senior management team throughout the group and its branches and subsidiaries Establish and maintain group financial policies and governance procedures and ensure conformity throughout the organisation Provide on-going direction, performance management, and developmental support to the executive finance team. Recommend staffing as required to build capabilities. Drive and lead all business and financial planning processes and provide company direction through modeling and financial analysis. Provide financial guidance and counsel on all matters relating to the finance function including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsible for all treasury activities, including cash management and forecasting, foreign exchange, and debt management. Oversee and manage the accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury, and capital structure functions ensuring that the interests of all stakeholders are served. Oversee and manage all group financial guarantees, contingent and real. Act as interface and manager of all bond provider relationships Oversee and maintain appropriate insurance arrangements for all activities and services throughout the Group Act as the interface to both the board and all external stakeholders with respect to all financial matters, including all banking relationships and fundraising activities. Provide a quarterly comprehensive CFO Report At least 15-20 years of experience in a senior leadership role Ideally managed multiple businesses or regional operations Local experience in the K.S.A - highly preferred. Degrees in Accounting/Finance or relevant along with financial qualifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, etc
