You will -Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated accurately to all employees. - Follow up with ISO team to ensure that all ISO related documents and certificates are up-to-date and implemented accordingly. - Assist, support and manage the day-to-day activities of the HR department and ensure its efficient operation. - Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
