Job Description : PLANT HEAD, ANGOLA Monitor all operations and processes Prepare operating reports and budgets Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations Ensure all compliance needs are met Oversee daily floor operations Develop strategies to increase productivity and production and market acceptance of the product range in catchup, Mayonnaise, Jam, etc. Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations and sales Report and track expenses to reduce costs Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met Required Candidate profile Master's degree in food Technology and Nutrition and at least 15 years' experience in a food manufacturing and management role He should have working experience in production of tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise, jar and other sauces in reputed companies, who are market leader in the category. He should have good understanding of local taste for multiple brands He should have experience with startup business
