Job Description : Sr. Manager - Global Sourcing (Talent Acquisition ) with Top MNC Company One of our top MNC IT Product MNC Client is looking for Sr. Manager Talent Sourcing and Research. Experience : 15+ yrs Budget / CTC : 40 to 45 Lakhs + 15 % Performance bonus Have 10+ years of Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 10+ years with IT Software services / IT Product based companies. Should have experience in managing Global sourcing team in TA (India, US, Europe, APAC, etc) Should have experience in Managing minimum 15 members team across different geographies. Should have experience in Excel, CRM and Taleo reporting and track record of achieving outstanding results. Good employment stability. Excellent communication. Strong Technology knowledge. Hands on Sourcing. · Have leadership experience with a successful track record managing distributed teams and global projects · Be able to develop and implement structured processes, monitor outcomes, and identify risks. Partnering with TA leadership to understand and plan for future hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies · Leading and managing our best in class global sourcing team · Understanding global sourcing best practices to provide all regions qualified and diverse candidate pools · Providing market intelligence and data to TA and business leaders to support hiring strategy and decisions
