Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description : Sales & Marketing Manager – Feeder / Liner Job Location – Dubai Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the management and direction of all sales and business development activities in UAE. • Identifying and acquiring new NVOCC/Sub-agency Liner businesses, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the region • Develop strategic moves to expand the current business profiles while nurturing prospects in order to drive business growth that meets and exceeds budgeted targets. • Network Partner Relationship Management- Enhance a strong bond with the key clients across the region and main a sustainable and robust pipeline, with accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning. • Allocating resources, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff • Follow up and monitor key accounts with the purpose of maintaining a low Debtors aging and credit periods within company approved limits • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key-decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services. • Prepare and submit Management Report to provide updates on the department performance and any deviation from company set objectives. • Ensure monthly submission of all other operational, commercial, and quality assurance reports Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline • 8+ years’ experience in NVOCC/Liner/Feeder business out of which 3-4 years must be in a managerial role. • Excellent knowledge of Shipping Business • Proficiency in MS Office application (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) • Good communication and interpersonal relationship in managing people/sub-ordinates, planning, organizing, and supervising • Proven skills in customer management and relationship management skills and negotiation skills. • Good marketing ability and proven skills in identifying potential business opportunities
