10 yearsJob Description : Sales & Marking Manager NIGERIA Qualification: MBA/Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Roles and Responsibility: a. To expand the groups footprint in Nigeria in all the product portfolio. b. To keep innovating by identifying new business opportunities that will ensure robust top and bottom-line growth for the organization. This may involve developing market outside the agreed purview. c. To ensure that the company realizes its strategic intent, achieve targets & goals and is renowned for its efficiency and high degree of customer satisfaction in the region of operation. d. Implement company's Business Development Process. e. Responsible to grow all sales volume for the entire product portfolio. f. Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals. g. To develop strategic plan to identify and source new business opportunities with particular focus areas. h. Analyze the market and develop the portfolio of clients, also provide the information to the management. i. Meet with existing and prospect customers to develop effective working relationship and obtain further their future programs. j. Increase and maintain customer intimacy through strategic relationship with customers management based on clear understanding of customer need, vision and strategy. k. Provide regular feedback on to Senior Management on the status of customers business changes in their requirement and organization so as to ensure that existing and future contracts can be delivered in the most efficient way. l. Ensure at all times that the profile of the company is positively represented at all levels within existing and potential customer organizations and that effective and positive relationships are developed and maintained with all customers.
