15 yearsJob Description : Head -Sales & Marketing -Chemicals -Mumbai The Scope of the Position covers all Product lines Across the Company The Primary Objective of the Role is to Develop & Spearhead the Growth Strategy for the Company Responsibilities : Responsible for Sales & Marking for the Region Includes increasing Sales & Identifying New Product Opportunities . Develop & Manage Appropriate warehousing & logistics Capabilities to enable & Maximize our Client's Commercial Presence including Developing local Stock points for select growth products as well as building Capability for effective Supply Performance for the Market Perform Competitive intelligence in the local Market to improve understanding of both local & Global Competitors. Work with Product Management Team to Support Project Analysis related to Potential Production of Products in India Candidate Profile : Chemistry Graduate/Chemical Engineer (Preferably MBA) aged 35-45 with 15-20 years’ Experience in Sales Management in Specialty & Fine Chemicals. Must be Currently handling Regional Role. Experience in working with Speciality Chemical Organisations Desired Competencies / Skills : Strong Commercial, Marketing & Strategic Acumen Results Oriented - Strive to Push to Improve Outcomes Exceptional verbal & written communication skills Entrepreneurial orientation with experience growing business positions Strong time management & prioritization skills Ability to Solve Practical Problems & Deal with a variety of Changing Situations.
