Plant Finance Head

Job Description : Plant Finance Head - FMCG/FMCD - The candidate will be responsible for all cash flow, accounting, budgeting activities, P&L accounts at the Plant Location - Compliance with local statutory, taxation and legal requirements, prepare for routine audits as needed - Further purchase, costing, pricing, audit & MIS will be under his purview - Preparation of Inventory report - Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the Plant by preparing financial statements entailing P&L Account, Balance Sheet finalization and Annual Reports - Projecting accurate cash forecast to ensure that there is no shortage in hand; taking adequate measures to monitor inflow/ outflow of funds towards the accomplishment of company objectives - Plant Head/ also may report to Finance Controller based in Gurgaon Requirements : - 10-12 years, with at least one stint in FMCG/FMCD setup - Experience in promoter-driven organizations will be preferable - Team management experience will be needed - High on energy and ready to stretch - Keen to explore and learn from international experience - Readiness to communicate regularly and effectively with senior leaders and local Government authorities Gender : Male Education : Chartered Accountant (CA)
