Job Description : General Manager - International Business Sales - Europe/African Market - To develop and implement international sales strategy in line with the organizational strategy. - Monitor entire sales to achieve annual sales target. - Ensure high market share by leading initiatives for expansion. - Fulfill customer demands in order to maximize sales revenue and maximize OTIF. - Supervise production planning of orders, ensure timely dispatch - Liaise with BD team for identifying leads to add new dealers and open new channels in market. - Give timely feedback to R&D & production team after analyzing market surveillance - Lead and maintain timely collections. Institutional Sales - Should have in depth knowledge of channel partners / dealers / distributors in above mentioned Countries / Continents. - Extensive travel in Europe / African market required, Middle East & Russia will be added advantage. - Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute business plans accurately. He needs to understand market flow, company strategy and how to implement it independently. - Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people - To develop and implement international sales strategy in line with the organizational strategy. international sales should have in depth knowledge of channel partners / dealers / distributors in above mentioned Countries / Continents. Extensive travel in Europe / African market required, Middle East & Russia will be added advantage. Education & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Science (B. Tech/ B.E) is mandatory & Post graduate in Marketing or MBA from a B School, Minimum 15 years of work experience FMCD, Buliding Material,Automobile, Ceramics, Plywood, Machinery, Tyres, Paints preferably with an FMCG
