Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER GHANA 10+ years experience This is for an Indian/Indonesian company dealing in steel · Managing Imports and Handling Storage and arrange domestic and export deliveries. · Spoken French is essential in view of communication with FRANCOPHONE countries., non-eligibility on this aspect need not apply. · Knowledge of Exports and Basic Accounting. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: · To identify key target markets · To research potential buyers · To establish positive, promising communication with buyers that materialize to sales · To have extensive product knowledge on various FMCG Products · To be able to communicate with all members of the team and buyers effectively and clearly through various modes of communication such as Whatsapp, WeChat, Email and Phone · To be able to coordinate and communicate documentation details with the team in a timely and accurate manner · To perform all roles and responsibilities with utmost honesty keeping in mind ethical practice · To maintain all Company data confidential · To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of exports · To negotiate sales contracts and follow up on the collection of payments · Conduct frequent international business trips to visit prospective and existing buyers · To work towards meeting annual sales targets · To be able to speak French is an absolute essential requirement · To be able to communicate effectively and clearly · To be able to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
