Job Description : HR & Admin In-Charge DRC Must have: a. MBA or equivalent qualification in HR domain. b. 10+ years of experience in the #Construction industry c. Experience in handling of 800-1000 folks. Major task: - Need to take care of Expat folks recruitment and complete lifecycle. - Managing annual leave and handling tickets and related stuff. - Visit all the running projects and connect with the workforce to understand the running and work on solutions. - Recruitment and selection. - Payroll and admin work. Location: Africa continent, Central Africa. Note: As the major workforce is comfortable with Hindi, so the candidate must fluent in the Hindi language.
