Plant Head

Job Description : Plant Head - Cement (20-30 yrs) INDIA Capacity of the Plant: 2.5MTPA Must have experience in Cement project engineering, execution, commissioning, operation, plant maintenance on plant head level. - Have handled techno-commercial role. - Have experience of handling integrated cement plant. - Handling liaising, political environment control. - Responsible for P&L Management - Responsible for end to end operations and administration of plant. He is responsible for improved production/ reducing cost of plant and operations. H is also reposible for better management of all systems like Discipline / management and over all facilities. - Should have through knowledge of Process and Production/ erection and commissioning. Enhancing and Increasing the capacity and production of plant. - Excellent Administrative Capabilities - to manage with discipline and processes. - Time Management and Project Management Experience and Delivery - Leadership Skills/ Management Skills - Should have headed a plant for minimum 5-8 years
