Job Description : Chief Financial Officer- Textile & Garment INDIA - Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. - Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans. - Supervising, the accounting and treasury operations, mergers &acquisitions and investment strategy - Monitor responsibilities for the finance management of the organization which includes budget analysis and management, financial modeling and reporting, and cost benefit - Day to day account management. - Leading Accounts & Finance Team. - Effective internal control procedures. - Interaction with Statutory & Internal Auditors. - Handle complex operational and legal financial structures. - To review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, flux and other required MIS. - Handle monthly, quarterly, yearly closing. - To prepare, analyze & review the monthly financial results versus prior year and budget/forecast & presents analysis to management. - Taxation(Direct/Indirect) - Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, coordinate business strategy. - To provide accounting leadership in integrating acquisitions. - Well versed with Export Banking & International Finance, Liasioning experience with Auditors & Consultant. - 20+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. CA qualification is a must.
