Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO INDONESIA Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the the end to end commercial and operational functions for the business as well as the development and implementation of the short and long-term strategic business plan. Sustaining the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities Managing the whole P&L of the business Creating the long-term strategy and vision, and develop and execute strategic projects that will position the business successfully in a rapidly evolving landscape Shaping the financial products road-map and define key product capabilities Guiding the team in creating, implementing, and tracking the whole operational plans aligned with the strategies To succeed in this Chief Operating Officer role, you will need at least five years of experience in strategy, commercial, operations, product management, and business development as well as posses an impressive track record of continuous delivery and business growth in automotive/start-up company. Minimum of 20 years' experience working in the tech/start-up/automotive industry and/or top consulting firm, along with the proven capability of strong leadership skills Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Business, Data Analytic, Finance, Engineering, or other related field from a reputable university Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus
