General Manager Finance and Accounts

Job Description : GM FINANCE AND ACCOUTING INDONESIA An excellent GM Finance and Accounting role in Jakarta has just arisen at a large pharmaceuticals company. In this job, you will be responsible for operation finance and commercial finance for the company along with other ad hoc issues. This position will be a critical role within the finance/accounting division reporting directly to the VP Finance in the holding company and be a strategic partner to the GM and business line heads in managing the business. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a large local company. Leads analytical financial reporting Ensure financial statements are prepared in comply IFRS/PSAK Ensure monthly closing report runs well Experience dealing with external audit on completion on time audit report Handle and analyse transactions of fixed assets and intangible assets Lead to complete the task and responsibilities proper and timely Leads and manages COGS and COGM Prepare the simulation cost for new products and new business lines products Implement and maintain accounting and reporting procedures resulting in accurate product costs and manufacturing performance reporting At least 15 years' experience with strong exposure for overall finance management Must have a minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG company Must have Big 4 experience as an Assistant Manager at mimimum Good knowledge of Indonesia GAAP Strong communication skills Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance CPA certification would be a plus
