Job Description : "Security Manager" for a Renowned Hotel in WEST AFRICA, GUINEA, CONAKRY which belongs to a Very reputed Group having verticals in west Africa and HQ in UAE. Education and Experience #school • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area. Age 40 Max 10 Years Experience Working with a reputed 5 star Hotel is mandatory. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing Security/Loss Prevention Operations Leading Security/Loss Prevention Teams Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Conducting Human Resources Activities Additional Responsibilities • Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. • Develops and maintains a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities. • Informs & updates the executives, peers and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner. • Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, & subordinates.
