Job Description : Head Purchase (GM Level) with leading conglomerate (into manufacturing) for one of their plant at Punjab.. Designation : General Manager CTC Range : Upto 50 Lacs (including 10-15% variable) Location : Punjab Team Size : 20-25 team members (Direct & Indirect) Reporting to : VP Operations Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) Preferred Industry : Automobile / Auto Ancillary - Strategic Sourcing for the company. - Exposure in Plant purchase. - To handle purchase of INR 1000 Cr approx. - Has handled direct & indirect purchase both. - Exposure in Capex & consumable purchasing. - Vendor management. - Supply Chain management. - Demand planning & forecasting. - Supplier quality & development. - Inventory Management. - Improve system & processes.
