Senior Commercial Manager

Job Description : SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER SINGAPORE an established start-up Singapore based FMCG company specializing in household products. With a vision to grow their business, they are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager with strong strategic skills to lead the team and strengthen both local and international business markets including e-commerce. This is a replacement perm role based in Singapore. The Senior Commercial Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO. Your main job responsibilities include: · Define and implement go-to-market strategy for the business to gain a competitive advantage · Analyze each market and industry trends to share insights and market intelligence for the team · Track the financial performance of different business pillars in both local and international markets as well as developing forecasting and cost control strategy · Able to support company's growth and leading business negotiations with distributors and retailers to achieve better commercial outcomes At least 18 years of experience in the FMCG industry managing distributors, key accounts and e-commerce channels · At least 5 years of experience in a people management role and had experience managing regional markets before · Strong business commercial acumen and possess good entrepreneurial mindset · Good leadership skills and a passionate leader, able to inspire stakeholders and showcasing leadership qualities to the team members
