10 yearsJob Description : Branch Manager Location: Nigeria Responsibilities: • To visit target customers on regular basis, corporates, enterprises & institutions for promotion & Sales of the company products • To build pipeline of premium high end institutions and convert it sales handling whole gamut of product specification / pricing and negotiation for successful closure • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering anci exploring opportunities • To achieve budgeted targets in terms of Turnover, Revenue and Contribution in the Branch to achieve growth in business through new account and enhancement of Business in existing accounts • Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow revenue Build long term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customer interface • Build and sustain a mature and knowledge team. Create environment to foster team work, professional development and high level of employee satisfaction • Ensure timely payment collection from customers Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 10 to 12 years' in Branch handling / Sales & Marketing experience in a large organization of which the last 5 years must be in a Managerial level after acquiring professional qualification • Experience in multi-location, multi-currency, multi-cultural environments in an International setting is preferable • Graduate / Post Graduate or Masters Level Degree in Business Administration is highly desirable • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative • Good knowledge of company's products • Excellent client relationship skills
