Job Description : Senior Commercial Manager - Riyadh KSA tier one main contractor are currently looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager for their head office in Riyadh. They are looking for a candidate to Safeguard the Companies interests in all Commercial disputes by proper representation of cases, study and provide right advice to Regions and obtain best outcome by way of water tight cases with required documentary support for all Claims, EOTs; and reach the best settlement with Clients/Sub Contractors. Ensure implementation of standardized systems and processes across projects. Requirements: - B.Sc in Quantity surveying or BE Civil with RICS certification - 20 years with a Civil Contracting Company in the Commercial Department. Should have managed the Commercial Function independently for multiple projects. - Minimum 5 years Middle Eastern Experience Salary Package SAR 60,000 - SAR 65,000 + flights, medical and visa.
