Business Manager

Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER QATAR · Bachelor's degree in Mech, Civil Engg. or equivalent. NDT Level II / Level III qualification is an added advantage · 10-12 years' of relevant work experience, out of which min. 5 years in Qatar (preferably in TIC industry) · Strong connects with local decision makers is essential · General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training · Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgement Responsibilities · Establish brand of the company in Qatar as a new business · Promote Third Party Inspection, Testing & HSE services in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Port, Power sector · Conclude registration with prominent companies and other EPC contractors in above sectors · Develop contacts with local suppliers for inspection services business · Submission of Techno commercial offers to clients · Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business · Ensure compliance to local regulations · Implement pricing strategy and manage the business to aggressive growth goals Monitor operations performance and overall sales, revenue & P&L targets Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business including general management, financial management, business operations and overall P&L of Industrial Services Business.
