10 yearsJob Description : BRANCH EXPANSION MANAGER DRC The Role of the Branch Expansion is to help in the scale up of the business, by allocating the branch location, doing the design, and making the showroom to final opening. Train the people and to follow up on the Showroom performance Analysis Compile market researches and analysis (locations, catchment areas, competitors), in order to find locations on the targeted countries. Prospect new sites and conduct sites reviews. Keep track of regulatory aspects Real Estate Development and negotiation. Build and promote strategic partnerships within the commercial property industry among local developers, land-owners, brokers and city councils. Work on potential acquisitions Project Management Take control of the location and monitor the day-to-day implementation of the projects, working hands to hands with the Construction team (visit locations, work with architects / operations / finance teams etc, ensure the administrative procedures prior to the operation of a place). Do the branding of the showroom, teach the team, build the brand image of the company in the shop Responsible for selecting highly potential areas for upcoming / future Branches, selecting sites (existing residential or commercial properties), and negotiating leases. Responsible for renovating existing Branches and new locations. Oversee end to end process of construction and renovation projects. Develop the processes required to consistently open Branches at high quality and speed to facilitate Business to grow at its desired pace. Manage expansion budgets, take initiatives to reduce investment in new branches while maintaining quality. Work with your team to set the location strategy for new areas. Constantly review risks and location quality criteria to enhance our ability to expand. Coordinate cross departmental teams to achieve business expansion goals through best-in-class project management. Ensure supplies and equipment orders and deliveries are aligned with the schedule. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key members of the project team. Determine the necessary equipment, material, manpower and services required for the identification, purchase, rent, renovation and maintenance of old and new premises. Oversee day-to-day operations of expansion – keep monitoring and track of all the operations to ensure adherence to financial controls. 5-year experience of relevant work in opening showrooms. Proven experience in opening new branches / Showroom. High level of written and verbal skills French. Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to take direction. Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment Rigorous, you are a force of proposal Mobile, with missions leading to projects in different business domains.
