Experience: 20 years Gender: Any Qualification: MBA Heading Strategy & Growth - demonstrated track record of driving growth Good at global & domestic M&As, JVs, Strategic Alliances / funding Worked with a 1000+ cr company - multi company / division GROUP -- mix of large and then entrepreneurial co / consulting (preferred) Worked with a fast paced, apolitical, entrepreneurial work culture No-nonsense, assertive, go getter with Strong people skills / Hi EQ (besides IQ) Peer / Partner to MD & CEO -- must have regularly interacted at that level Thrives in unstructured / dynamic environment / passion for consumer tech Managed multiple stakeholders Craft & help execute strategy for a 5x growth in 3/5 years - organic and inorganic - global scope Function as an operating partner Actively engage with founders of portfolio companies to drive their individual Value creation and guide their M&A process Work with investors (current and potential) to articulate the 5x growth vision and set up cadence of marquee investor updates M&A team comprising of senior principal and junior analyst
