Job Description : CFO LIBERIA WEST AFRICA Vedanta is a $30bn revenue and $10bn in profit organization and further plans to invest $20bn in 4-5 years’ time in the expansion of their brown field and some green field capacity of Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, display glass, semiconductor, mining and smelting. Western Cluster Limited, Liberia spread over 3 mines – Bea, Bomi & Mano with a working area of ~285 Sq Kms, 3 BnT R&R has a potential of ~15 BnT R&R and 2 Bn$ revenue. The unique mining assets have the capacity to convert magnetite into high grade & premium iron ore and have further opportunities in precious metals to maximize the profit. Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with the Project Head to deliver Growth vision. Financial planning, modelling, implementation and running of all financial activities including Business planning, budgeting, MIS and Costing. Project costing, analysis, continuous monitoring, Audit, and review of Project. Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance and transparent reporting managing business risk. Commercial finalization of Key Project Contracts in lines with the Business Partner Capability framework of the Group. Extensive engagement with Consultants to ensure accountability based contracting and Cost Control Qualification & Eligibility: CA / MBA Finance / CMA with 15+ yrs of experience
