Project Manager

Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PETROCHEMICAL PLANT B achelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical or Mechcanical. 20+ Years related experience in the project design/ implementation of large scale process plants. Experience in large scale green field petrochemical plants. Experience in Methanol/ Olefins/ Polymer projects are preferred Experience in Process plant FEED, detailed engineeering, construction, commissioning, stratup and operation. Ability to coordinate with Licensors, PMC, FEED and EPC contractors and ensure timely implementation of the project. Ability to work independently, setting policy, and establishing work methods. Proven ability to manage results through others. Ability to track project budget and avoid overrun Ability to follow project schedule and avoid project delays Through with design codes and standards Previous experience leading an engineering team and managing staff remotely in the implementation of petrochemical projects. Strong coaching skills, leadership abilities, and decision making abilities. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in the organization. Proven conflict resolution skills We are looking for following individuals exposed to any of the following process to take the challenge of Project Management of respective process . Gas Methanol Gas to Ammonia Gas to Ammonia & Urea Gas to Olefins and Polymers ( MTO process) Gas to Propylene and Polypropylene (MTP) Gas to Mono Ethylene Glycol Required Candidate profile Project Manager -Onsite experience of Petrochemical plant . Must have FEED stage exposure. Willing to relocate to Nigeria and based at LAGOS .
