Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Group CFO" Job Location- Bhopal ( M.P.) Client-Leading Business Group into diversified field. CTC- Up to 2 Crore Education- CA +CS / ICWA / MBA-Finance from Top Institution Experience- 20-30 Years of experience with any reputed large corporate/ business house with diverse businesses as Group CFO / CFO. Age Group- Between 50-55 Years preferred. Key Skills / KRA / JD- 1) To appoint strong auditors (not big 4s) ensuring best accounting practices & gradually move away from traditional auditors. 2) Overall responsibility for Internal Audit for all Strategic Business Units under the group with best controls systems in place. 3) Analysis of annual Balance Sheets & P & L. 4) Tax evaluation & planning. 5) Strategy if any of merger of company. 6)Shifting of business from one entity to another. 7)Restructuring if any in other form (some times) 8)Evaluation of tax planning of each company & suggestion / opinions wherever needed. 9)Monitoring of litigation. 10)Evaluate progress & design alternative strategy 11)Bird eye view on all group companies on past losses utilization & schemes mergers etc. 12) All taxation & legal compliances for the group. 13)Certification from each company SBU in writing on the compliances of the concerned act applicable. 14) Insurance for all group companies. 15) Each SBU handles banking independently & take value addition from Group CFO. 16)Group CFO to coordinate for important ratings improvement so as to improve ROI on Term Loan & Working Capital Loans. Major work actually at SBU level only.
