Job Description : PROCUREMENT MANAGER UAE A large conglomerate with a focus in the FMCG industry is seeking out an accomplished Procurement manager to join their team in Dubai. Your Role: Managing the Strategic Sourcing by delivering business objectives through sourcing initiatives. Goods hands on multi-regional negotiations, delivering world class results in highly complex and challenging situations. The role requires candidate with Category Strategy Development, Supplier Relationship Management, Stakeholder Collaboration and Category Risk Management. Good Understanding on production and packaging material markets. Also, a close collaboration experience with R&D, Quality, and production. Must-Have: 8+ years of experience in procurement preferably in the FMCG industry. Any additional qualification in Supply Chain Management, preferably Purchasing, will be an added advantage i.e., CIPS, CPSM or CPM. Good Understanding in customs clearance processes and logistics in the Middle East. Familiar with the international contract law. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
