Finance and Accounts Head

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING VIETNAM A world-leading chemicals company is calling for applications for a Head of Finance and Accounting based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Reporting directly to the Global CFO, the Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for all financial areas of the business, including but not limited to controlling, reporting and business analytics, accounting, treasury and tax. This person will also have a dotted-line reporting to the Managing Director of Vietnam. Manage all financial reporting processes adhering to requirements from local, regional and global management Prepare and manage forecasts and business plans Manage accounting and finance functions including daily operations, audit, cashflow/treasury, tax, etc. Facilitate timely completion and filing of regulatory reporting Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems Manage tax compliance including corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, etc. Sit in the BOD and work closely with Shared Service Centres Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines 10 years’ experience in finance, accounting, tax for leading MNCs Strong knowledge in VAS & IFRS, experienced with SAP preferred Fluent in written and verbal English is a must Working knowledge with tax issues is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving analytical skills Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism, able to handle tight deadlines
