Operations Head

Job Description : Operations Head / Production Experience (Plastics) UGANDA (Open for all Nationalities to apply) Position : General Manager – Operations Direct reporting to : Managing Director - Overseeing daily business operations - more concentration on production (Plastic Products) - Creating and managing operations budget - Daily, weekly, monthly production planning based on sales forecast - Raw material planning and finished goods management - Hiring and training operations staff for better work cycle - Evaluating performance and improving machine and man productivity - Generating reports and giving presentations on operations - Improving revenue and identifying growth opportunities for further business expansion. Prospective candidate Requirements : - Qualified Engineer Degree is MUST + Degree in business administration/management - optional - Minimum experience of 10 years in handling operations of medium size organization in Production Department (Africa work experience preferred) - (Plastic Products) - Good knowledge of different business functions including System Driven Approach.
