Job Description : Sales & Distribution head for the leading FMCG company based at Kinshasa DRC Roles & Responsibility Business Manager is the first point of contact between Company and Principal/client . To oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. The incumbent will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key Clients and acquire new Clients. · Contacting potential clients for Distribution Opportunities in DRC. · Negotiating contracts with existing key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's goals. · Ensuring all the marketing and Strategic initiatives of the Client are implemented in the territory. · Ensuring the right information flow between clients and company on a timely manner. · Ensure preparation of Promotion & Marketing plans, and timely disbursement of Marketing & Promotional Activity funds. · Looking out for new opportunities /organizations for Distribution for DRC territory. · Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. · Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. · Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition · Acquire a thorough understanding of key brands’ needs and requirements. · Resolve any issues and problems faced by Brands and deal with complaints to maintain trust · Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics · Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key brands’ needs are met. · Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines · Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure the development of the Key Accounts in terms of volume, market share, new market penetration. Liasioning with the Key Brands’ team and acting as host for any business and market visits. Qualification :- MBA ( Sales & Marketing ) Experience :- 10+ years form any FMCG Industry Key Competencies · Networking · Coping with Pressure and Setbacks · Persuading and Influencing Skills · Ability to communicate and present information is very essential
