Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER BENIN Qualification :- ÇA / MBA / Mcom CTC :- INR 140,000/- pm +local Allowance CFA 250,000/- pm (for Food/ local exps) Other Benefits: Accommodation / Transport / Medical Provided By Co. Com or postgraduate in the relevant field Location Benin Republic CTC - Reporting Superior General Manager Employees Tentative Functional Requirement • Oversees the receipt of payments from customers. Participate in the negotiation of payment schedules. • Avoid stock deficiency situations and maintain the proper level of stock on hand and manage/ coordinate lead times with vendors. • Requires to oversee operations of the branch including warehouse, physical movement of stocks, etc. • Analyses financial statements, financial data, and extracts relevant information; interprets data with variance analysis and adheres to the group reporting statement, and oversees the development of unrestricted funds revenues. Analyses budget patterns and projects expenditures to make sure all projects are within approval limits and on time. • Oversees the preparation of working papers and approved budgets; ensures that expenditures for budgets and funds are monitored and that reports are prepared to maintain and show the financial strength of the company. • Monitors, identifies and communicates over expenditures to the relevant HODs. May resolve funding shortfalls with proper approval after justification. • Communicate/ coordinate with appropriate internal and external auditors to ensure that required procedures are followed and proper books of account are maintained. Provides instruction and answers questions relating to company procedures and serves as liaison between the business and back office functionally. Additional Remarks • Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must. • knowledge & experience in auto OEM industry • Well versed with MS office applications. • People Management Skills • Knowledge of industry best practices. • Knowledge on Demo and installation Assistance of softwares Relevant Terms of Employment :- ??Contract Term :- 2 Years ??Candidate Can travel to India After 12 Months (30 Days paid Leave)
