Responsibilities The ideal candidate should be an MBA in HR from a reputed institute, with 20-25 years of experience working with companies known for their sound people practices and proven track record of demonstrated performance and stability in past roles. Preferably working exp across MNC’s and Indian organisations, with a clear spike in the areas of leadership assessment and development, change management, and an exposure to both manufacturing and service industries is desirable.
