Job Description : GM RETAIL UAE a retail textile and apparel unit in Abu Dhabi seeks to hire a General Manager to manage two major outlets in Abu Dhabi. Successful incumbents must fulfil the below key results area's to be eligible for the role. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 10-15 years of managerial experience within clothing and apparel/retail environment work experience in the UAE Good understanding and experience in fashion/clothing/retail environment Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly Outstanding leadership skills including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts Strong work ethic Meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills Computer literate Forming a united team towards the company's objectives Creating job descriptions for all staffs, motivating and monitoring their efficiencies Improving customer service department and training cashiers Formulating policies Increasing turnover up to 30% Providing monthly reports for each section Leaning the system Coordinating business operations Assisting managing director team (MDT) in managing operational costs Engaging with vendors, buyers, and MDT in new purchases Hiring and training new employees Identifying business opportunities
