Project Manager

Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA 1. Estimate electrical / mechanical utility load calculations for the production machinery and make recommendations on machinery type , size , capacity , compatibility etc.. 2. Design or propose systems for production, processing, distributing, and storage. 3. Create Project timelines , deadlines and roadmap. 4. Create effective Project milestones to track against budget and project plan. 5. Monitor and report progress and highlight potential delays and mitigate that. 6. Create regular and effective reporting and review mechanisms. 7. Onsite project supervision and critical node acceptance. 8. Study , identify areas of process improvements and make suggestions. 9. Project Completion report creation. 10. Responsible for making BOQ and supplier contracts . 11. Effective resource allocation. 12. Ensure food production facilities operate efficiently and productively. 13. Risk assessment and Contingency planning support to Business Unit Management. 14. Liaison effectively with the procurement and other relevant departments team. 15. Deal with the vendors and third parties engaged for the in-scope project. 1. Minimum 10-year experience in the Food industry , including min. 4-year experience of delivering the advertised role for an established F & B manufacturer. 2. Ideal candidate would be in a Technical Manager , Project Manager or Engineering Manager kind of role in a FMCG company currently. 3. Good technical Project Management experience in a fast-growing Food Manufacturing company with multiple Engineering projects , preferrable. 4. Preferred age early 30s to early 40s. 5. Prior Nigeria experience and readiness to come on Bachelor status preferred . 6. Experience of working in a diverse multicultural work place is an added advantage. 7. Demonstrate visible work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. 8. Willing to take on tasks in a high- pressure work environment and ready to travel.
