Job Description : Shift in charge - Blow molding Location: Nigeria reputable company with operations in Nigeria is seeking to hire an experienced Expatriate Shift in Charge. Responsibilities: • Ensure that Production shift Incharge has experience in Blow moulding machines (like Uniloy, Bestar, Tongda, Jagmohan, IBM Victor & CMP machines).Be the dedicated formulation expert. • Machine process set-up, minimize rejection/wastage and max. Capacity utilization of machines • Hourly production monitoring based on cycle time & achieve Production Target • Hourly rejection monitoring & minimize rejection daily basis. Record the rejection • Shift charge is responsible for production quality rejection • Ensure that pinch-off / damage grinding material is being used on-line production • Ensure that you have been verified Shift RM accountability after complete the shift • Make sure all the machine productions are packing online & the output must rnatch with the physical count • Weekly Raw material reconciliation & shift In charge is answerable for any difference • Ensure that Shop floor is well organized based on 5'S management system Requirernents: • Degree/ Diploma in Plastic Technology. He should have over 10 years of experience of which, 5 years should be as shift in-charge role in Similar Industry and similar process/ products • African experience is desirable
