Job Description : COO TANZANIA 30+ years experience COO (Manufacturing, Technical & Supply Chain) - Beverages - Responsible for end to end Supply chain optimization - Manufacturing Planning, Production execution, Engineering Excellence, safety & Health establishment, Quality acumen, Financial performance, Talent Management, Process excellence, Environment Management for disruptive result delivery - Handling multiple Plants for Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Technical Operations for Beverages for RGB and PET Lines. - Identifying the talent pipeline and ensure exposure for differential experiences - Ensuring day-to-day production & manufacturing operations for making effective utilization of man, machine, method & materials - Responsible to drive Excellence using TPM - Drive Procurement excellence thru QL initiatives and development of alternatives - Identifying & developing potential vendors or co-packers (3rd party) locally & globally for the right - source selection and achieving cost effective operations; resolving bottlenecks and reducing lead times - Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met as per organizational guidelines; ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operations - Ensuring the availability & delivery of right quality materials at the right time, price & terms and devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines - Driving change management initiatives among team for scaling up the performance - Disruptive thinking for envision and strong urge for driving Business excellence - Implementing project plans within present budgets & deadlines and monitoring offshore delivery management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects
