Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM POWER SECTOR they are focused on the design and supervision of thermal and renewable power plant construction at a utility level. With many of their projects being Aid-funded, company ideally requires a degree qualified engineer with a relevant background in the feasibility, design and supervision of large power plant. Candidates should have some experience with a consultant and have evidence of a large number of international reports at a management level. the role would entail but not be limited to :- - building and managing a team of local experts - leading project teams on engineering projects of the highest complexity, liaising with home office - leading administration team - assisting the sales department to capture new business and maintain existing clients - direct proposals for strategy/ preparation of annual business plan - regularly meet with external entities, including clients, contractors and partners, to establish strategy - execution of projects, pursue new business, negotiate contracts and review project status, chase invoices.
