The role is based in Kasese The Finance Lead provides oversight to the Finance Function Strategic Direction Leadership Working Capital Management Cost Management Budgeting and forecasting Ensuring strong controls environment Coordinating timely external audits Management Reporting High sense of integrity Good communicator Strong Leader Pays attention to detail Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree Qualified Accountant, CPA or ACCA !t least 12 years working experience, 5 of which should be in a Senior Finance role Experience in Agribusiness is an added advantage MBA is desirable.
