Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor

Job Description : Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor- Injection Molding Dalevill, VA USA- Company supports relocation for all nationalities irrespective of location Injection Molding Engineers and Maintenance specialist Compile machine maintenance instruction and maintenance plan Organize, implement, and follow maintenance work get well done, keep all machine in good condition. Plan and track preventative maintenance; assist with IMMS integration Write work instructions and maintain database Create and maintain machine database (machine history, repair record etc.) And prepare appropriate spare parts stock to reduce machine down risk. Analyze maintenance records and improve the major failures or even do some modifications to increase the machine stability. Keep compacted relationship with supplier to reduce repair hours as possible. New machine lead in and set up. 7S standards Degree in Engineering; Vocational Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Plastics preferred. Combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 15 years’ experience in machine maintenance with responsibility for planning and tracking PM; hydraulics experience preferred. Preference given to candidates with experience in molds, IMMS, and/or injection molding machinery. Experiences required Experience with planning & tracking preventative maintenance Strong Excel skills; comfortable with MS Office Suite Experience with process improvement and KPT (both execution and tracking) Strong PLC/HMI background Injection or extrusion machine experience Good problem solving and communicating skills Significant, successful maintenance leadership and experience in a manufacturing environment is required Be familiar with injection machine and other auxiliary equipment like water heater, autoloader, dryer etc. Have electrical license with high and low voltage. Good understanding of OEE, MTBF, SAP
